This unfortunately did not work for me, I have two socks of the same material and style that I bought at the same time, but due to the uneven frequency of wearing and washing them, they ended up being different textures, and then I lost one half of a pair and couldn't use the remaining half with the other pair :(

I leave a few of these mailing lists running just so if I need a coupon code to buy something from them I'll have it handy but god, they come every day! And clogs up my emails like crazy so having to go in and delete them feels sisyphean and makes me hate the brand low-key even if it's a store I bought from before and liked

This is a good tip; I knew about the pasta water helping the sauce stick to the pasta, but I never thought to use it to clean out the jar. I'll definitely be trying this next time!

Oh lawn signs with razors are 100% a thing, I've had MAGA neighbors do the same thing. I'm surprised we've only had a few shootings this year over lawn signs.

It does have a very "check your kids' candy to make sure no one put razors or fentanyl in it" vibe to me. A very scary thing everyone is told to look for but no one has actually seen.
That said I have seen news reports about lawn signs with razors

In my experience I've never seen this but trying to scrape off metal backed stickers can do the same anyways

Some nazis have also been known to booby trap their stickers with razor blades, to cut the fingers of anyone who tries to remove them. Covering them with tape or your own stickers is better for more than one reason.

properly removing wet kitchen gloves requires an electric hand dryer or another person with a hair dryer
keep your hands in the hot air stream until the water on your gloves has evaporated
take off your gloves like normal
