crouton.net will be acquired by yahoo, and you'll have to go through an incredibly confusing cookie consent dialogue before you're allowed to look at the crouton

in the aftermath of the in-door smoking ban that happened here (2004), every so often they'd bring in weird nerds to the classroom to tell us that only losers smoke, which only made smoking seem like something cool the adults were trying to deprive us of.

also i can't believe the ban happened as late as 2004, like i seem to remember the smoking areas disappearing around the turn of the millennium. maybe they voluntarily shut them down.

well the juicero itself was bad because it was $700 for an over-engineered IoT bag squeezer, and the bags had drm, could only be purchased from juicero, and it turned out you didn't even need the machine to get the juice out of them.

the knockoff lets you press whatever fruit you please, but is somehow even more expensive, and there's a ton of people claiming theirs broke, or their order was never fulfilled in the first place. i came across the indiegogo because someone was selling one on a norwegian marketplace at a 95% loss.

i can see the appeal of a juicer that doesn't get dirty if you're really into drinking juice, but neither of these machines justify their selling price. personally i'll just stick to buying cartons.

no it's worse, that shit will cook your guts, and all we can do is take the word of penny-pinching appliance manufacturers that the shielding they chose is sufficient

also when i was like 12 i watched a ton of tv programmes where they blow stuff up, and it turns out microwave ovens will do that to themselves if you decide to heat the wrong thing

ethernet cables are very cheap and you already had success in replacing one of them, so i think replacing more of them would be a good place to start.

i've only used the ethernet over power stuff once and it was dreadfully slow, so it sounds to me like you could be running into limitations with those. but it could also be that the cpu on your router is being saturated if you have a cheap and/or crappy one.

i am being somewhat hyperbolic, like my frustrations with the horse controls and the pig lunging sequence are obviously terrible reasons to conclude the game is not good. but they are legitimate frustrations nevertheless.
