I've seen some rumblings that it has latency problems, which kinda makes sense it's more of a backup service than anything else. I think it's worth a shot for our tiny website.

Are we on Cloudflare? That would help with the latency.

There's dongles for using xbox controllers on the switch and ps4, should work with this too.

There's actually a couple of third party adapters out there for connecting xbox and ps4 controllers to the switch, those will probably work with this

I'm only like 7h in but it's like night and day better so far. Mystery of the giant statue god is way cooler than the first games grim nonsense. Pirating is cool too, makes the game feel big. But also like, it's streamlined and managable kind of big.
