theyre branding this specifically as "Nintendo Entertainment System - Nintendo Switch Online" [sic] though. why would they do that other than to say that this service (either the library of games or the new features for old games) is specifically for NES games???

My tinfoil take is that this is so that they're not competing with their own products given that the snes mini exists.
