all this abusing his authority to air his dirty laundry in public reminds me of someone else I used to know (who will not be named) who did this exact same type of shit, just under different circumstances

it just makes them look bad to everyone, but they're too narcissistic to see it

was about to say we don't have karma on postmill, but then I saw you meant notifications. I always clear mine after I reply to everyone, so I'm also at zero.

not at all, I think that would be a great thing to do. a friend of mine would always bring a plastic shopping bag or two with her when she went hiking, and she'd fill it up with trash she saw as she hiked. when we went on group hikes, she'd bring one for everyone who came with us. it was sort of a minigame to do as we hiked.

I felt the same way about it. The show got cancelled because of the gay wedding, so that's why everything was so rushed. Apparently they had another couple of seasons of material. Still, despite being rushed, I think they managed to end it in the best way they could given their situation. Steven Universe had to fall so that She-Ra and The Owl House could fly.

The movie and Steven Universe: Future are both very much worth your time.

Services like invidio.us, and the ActivityPub sphere, that allow breaking through into JS tracking-laden "web applications" with simple HTML and CSS are a demonstration of a possible future of a web without the useless cruft. Much to the chagrin of its gatekeepers.

Invidious is just fantastic, and I am saddened that Google is trying to strangle it. I browse the web with JavaScript completely disabled, so Invidious and yt-dlp are the only way I am able to watch YouTube videos at all.
