things were really really bad for a really long while but they seem to slowly be getting better, fingers crossed that that trend continues

i been reading books again lately! i saw someone recommend a trick of, you keep a book you want to read in your bathroom, and then don't take your phone into the bathroom with you. it worked shockingly well basically immediately.

5 is the one with the orca. at least on the 3ds version, that case is a dlc, i have no idea if the recent rerelease of the 4/5/6 trilogy includes it or not.

i'm stuck on the third case in 6, but my impression of the game so far is it's marginally better than 5, which is imo the worst of the series.

I've listened to NPR's "Up First" podcast for awhile as a basically-decent news catchup. I've slowly added more podcasts.

NPR's "Car Talk" is a comedy podcast that's supposedly about cars. But it's very funny.

I'm looking at a potential Get Out Of America situation, and I've started listening to Canada's "Front Burner" podcast too. But it's mostly American and world politics
