id like to get beat up in a way that makes me feel better afterwards. like all the bad shit got squished out

I changed the password to something I don't know on my twitter and tumblr accounts about six months ago and it's been pretty good. I feel like I'm not wasting my time scrolling and not absorbing anything. Sometimes I feel like I'm missing out on important current events or whatever but I think I feel better mentally. It's not worth the mental bandwidth, and I feel like I spend my downtime more productively, even if I'm just reading fanfiction or whatever.
