I always think about if our brains are just sophisticated jails to trap our minds in one universe. Are we explorers from another dimension who created human brains to give us a glimpse into this universe? Are other animals similar?

Probably not but it's fun to imagine.

there's lots of monarchists and lots of people who believe very strongly in restricting freedom of movement and who value a rigid hereditary hierarchy, i guess it depends on what part of feudalism you consider essential.
