Honestly I think this is inevitable. As the amount of spam goes up we're getting so many croutons that it could still turn in to a problem.

The one thing that dissuades me from it is the stories I read about hospitals selling the bodies for bomb testing. If. I could stipulate that it could only be used for med students I'd be more willing.

You can still donate your body to med schools. They don't keep your bones but med students get to practice and that could be nice to know you had as a small legacy.
