the iphone apps I like the most, like tweetbot, overcast, drafts, don't really feel like they're following ios design language that much. you shouldn't necessarily deviate to far from how the rest of the os feels, just for onboarding sake, but why would someone use an app that didn't like, focus on a task

I'm surprised this didn't make the article but an incident from his youth where he wanted to mass murder Palestinians was part of the inspiration for this game. I don't think he's really learned anything from that other than "maybe killing is wrong but" and I don't think he's ever like, talked to a Palestinian person.
I removed apple music from my phone a while back, and I use nPlayer to play downloaded mp3s. Not being able to add downloaded files to Apple Music does suck tho.
The google password manager is particularly bad because it can learn password that you didn't particularly want it to learn.
A third party password manager like 1Password is great, it'll never do something that you didn't want it to do and the design is secure. I've used it for years. Can't vouch for other methods though
