srsly I'm a gay man and I specifically do not feel safe in the democratic party because they've made it incredibly clear that you have to be pete buttigieg perfect to get a pass from them. they don't actually care about gay people except as an exploitable voting block

It's really funny how they put a bunch of already dated web design trends in there as laws

the iphone apps I like the most, like tweetbot, overcast, drafts, don't really feel like they're following ios design language that much. you shouldn't necessarily deviate to far from how the rest of the os feels, just for onboarding sake, but why would someone use an app that didn't like, focus on a task
this is particularly true of tweetbot, which rules

The apple solution to the notifications problem is to give you filtering tools to receive less notifications which honestly works for me

I'm surprised this didn't make the article but an incident from his youth where he wanted to mass murder Palestinians was part of the inspiration for this game. I don't think he's really learned anything from that other than "maybe killing is wrong but" and I don't think he's ever like, talked to a Palestinian person.

It's a good article but it really could have dug the knife in deeper. Dude clearly doesn't see Palestinians as human

Reply to why do people use so much javascript and <div> by twovests
both of these problems are caused by web devs using more and more abstract frameworks that add junk to the markup. I think html/css frameworks are usually justified, they can handle weird edge cases and are really easy to build something quick with. most developers don't have time and aren't rewarded for making something that doesn't have <div><div><div> on it
these big javascript frameworks started because people needed to build webapps that work like desktop and mobile apps, but are being used in places that aren't really appropriate in order to add useless visual flair, heavy advertising, and track user behavior
