there's like a 80% chance this was originally planned for the vita so that might have affected development Lol

I'm so glad Unicorn Overlord is so good.

So this obviously sucks and valve needs to close that group yesterday. It is somewhat reassuring that the company that hire sweet baby seem to have resiliences in place to not overreact to these kind of things, like they did a decade ago.

Reply to so first off, it's called "sousou no frieren" which you can translate as "frieren of the funeral", by anethum
frieren rules. it's boring in a soothing way, just kinda hitting the same emotional beats over and over, before eventually doing something cool and you're like YEAH!! THIS IS THE BEST

this is fair tho part of what makes Balatro so good is that it's basically in another dimension entirely from the rest of the genre. the dev has said that when he first started this game his only exposure to the genre was watching a video about one of them Lol

that's my position as well but I do think it would feel less harsh now than it used to. I might just be getting older

i can't wait for the year or two where straight people will wonder if they're supposed to say it or not.
We've been in this period since 2022, I think. Most straight people could get away with it but have decided not to risk it.

I'd laptop because yeah it wolves more problems. Maybe still using the desktop for encoding, it'll take longer but cause less wear and tear issues.
But yeah I definitely computer shop more than I buy Lol. I don't have a need to buy but I know pretty much exactly what I would buy if I needed to.

- significantly higher resolution than other premium headsets
- AR features mean you can see yourself
- don't need a controller
- floating windows mean you can just glance between videos, twitter, discord, etc.
- battery option
there's drawbacks other than price, like it doesn't work with vrchat etc. so having the apple product and a vr product could be justified for a very rich person. also my joke is like, this infinite screens thing it's about, like what is it good for other than gooning? it's gonna be screen overload no matter what you're doing, Lol
