when i sleep on my back i have a pillow under my knees for support and don’t use a pillow for my head, or maybe sometimes just a small tube shaped one under my neck. i used to have a pillow under my lumbar too but i feel my body doesn’t want that anymore lately

because every body is different you kinda gotta experiment to see what works best for you

sure there are problems with the way the us treats christmas but i mean just let me chill and hang out with my found family and give them tasty home-smoked foods. not everything has be looked at through a lens of moral absolutism

it wasn't. the person doubled down with some screed about the evil of hierarchies (they were a turbo-anarchist) when somebody was like "what are you the fucking grinch?"
