planetfall looks pretty cool and is on my wishlist, but it’s a bit pricy and i haven’t had a ton of hours this month thanks to the concussion. also kinda in a big fantasy mood atm anyway.

yeah it's used pretty commonly by people who need to do stuff with windows' internals, e.g. on imaged machines in a computer lab. i use it when i'm doing builds for windows of my joycon driver as well

For me it first came on at first as really bad asthma (i'm asthmatic), then transitioned to sore throat, huge fatigue, and my internal temperature sense being all wacky (though never quite to fever). For months afterward I wasn't able to breathe easily, again because of the asthma exacerbated by acid reflux.
