Update: Well it did put me to sleep, but only for about 5 hours. I was hoping it would knock me out for a proper 8-9 hour sleep, I think it probably didn't because I had only woken up about 5 hours before going to sleep again so my body didn't really need the full sleep. I probably should have waited until my sleep schedule rotated around to normal sleeping hours first in retrospect, but I was impatient. I think I will wait for that before I try this again. Still, it did put me to sleep at a time where I normally wouldn't be, so I'm willing to be positive and write this up as a partial success

I appreciate these updates, I also am desperately trying to find ways to contort my sleep schedule and have had no success. I also tried fractions of melatonin gummies.

Do you also have N24 or a different kind of sleeping disorder? Either way, my condolences and wishing you luck with getting that much sought after normal sleep schedule 🙏

I don't have anything diagnosed, and I don't know if I can claim a sleep disorder. But I can also claim not to remember the last time I had a night of restful sleep!
So, I wish you luck, and will also be looking at this "N24" thing...
