jstpst.net improvement idea

when i open jstpst.net in my browser, the top thread should immediately be read out by text-to-speech. if it's a link to a video, that video should also begin playing unprompted. as i scroll down, this will happen to the next thread and so forth.

some clock-themed social media does this, and now youtube and spotify do it too. if we're going to keep growing this platform, we need to do the thing that everyone else does, even if it's completely worthless and annoys everyone.

this post is making me recognize that the mobile rss reader I've used everyday for years is basically tiktok for text. a feed of articles that I view one at a time in a vertically scrolling feed. no auto play tho I use my eyes

I think instead of showing the most recent posts we should choose what posts to display using some cryptic algorithm that makes everything worse
