Ive heard much ado about these " brain zaps " , and im so curious to see what they feel like. The usual onset is about 3 days before withdrawals start, so it should be a fun way to spend the weekend.

man if i delay taking my venlafaxine for like four hours i get brain zaps. not having experienced them up until now? you must have that a+ brain chemistry. for a depressed person. i guess
aside from that, i think this is a bad idea and that you shouldn't do it, but ¯_(ツ)_/¯ youre grown

well they arent really doing any thing to make me feel less depressed in the first place, so maybe that is contributing to my resilience. ive been asking for some thing stronger ( bupropion ) for months , but i have to trudge through the first line actions first....

I was started on half the minimum dose of an antidepressant early 2021 and it turned me over fast, good, and hard. I felt like I was about to pass out. Now I permanently occasionally get these brain zaps, especially in moments of falling asleep, although I'd call them "door knocks".

i thought it ewould just be an occasional jolt or tingling in my head throughout the day, but it is actually a constant dull and dense headache that occasionally swings a mallet at my fore head and threatens to knock me over with a wave of dizziness.
or maybe i havent gotten to the actual zaps yet. i ll keep it up just for you
