They get uploaded but thumbnail generation is borked

I think it's a CSP issue, like Postmill thinks it's hosted on http when actually it's https, and this causes some strange interaction with how thumbnailing works.

When I manually visit the thumbnail resolving URLs, then the thumbnails appear. Now there's a crouton.

ah yeah i gotta fix this. i think the problem is im reverse proxying postmill:80 through caddy, which handles all the HTTPS magic
