properly removing wet kitchen gloves requires an electric hand dryer or another person with a hair dryer
keep your hands in the hot air stream until the water on your gloves has evaporated
take off your gloves like normal

take one glove halfway off, then take the other one off using the still gloved part of your other hand. then slide your hand the rest of the way out of the first glove.
