no damage to my car. i think i'm injury free though i'm a little stiff today. other people didn't have insurance, were clearly living out of their falling-apart suv. like what the fuck can ya do i guess.

emotionally i'm still rattled. i keep reliving the moment of impact in my head. it kind of sucks.

i'm glad all i have to do today is make some chicken noodle soup

i got rear ended just over a year ago and now basically every time i brake i think about the car behind me hitting me. it's messed up

at the end of the day it's just a car though. the main thing is that nobody got hurt

Car things are pretty scary and even "minor" events are pretty traumatizing once experienced :( I hope the noodle soup was warm and helped to bring some distance between you and the collision.
