you can brew some teas stronger by using more leaves/tea bags, and puerh/fermented tea is another option you could try?

if you like strong flavors you might try irish breakfast tea, the kind i can get at my grocery store has a very strong flavor

I wish I could get into tea because there are so many varieties, but how do I make it taste at all satisfying? it's so weak in comparison to coffee

I don't think r tea had any special design or anything, and I think the person who started it is long gone.
