So just in case you were curious, a dharma vessel is basically a person that can learn, internalize, and experience the dharma. Dharma is actually a pretty complicated and multipurpose term that can mean the following things:
The teachings of the Buddha
The essence of the universe that connects everything and basically is everything.
The experience of, for lack of a better way of putting it, examining and reflecting on that essence, usually through meditation.
The laws of the cosmology, including the cycle of death and rebirth
Probably some other stuff depending on your sect of Buddishm but mine (Zen) likes to keep it pretty simple and focused by comparison.
It's also worth noting that the term "dharma" is used outside of Buddhism too. I believe Hinduism uses it with similar meaning. Probably other religions that came out of the Indian subcontinent as well.
