Had the first bite of my little winter salad greens I've been growing, so crisp and fresh! With a lovely tomato soup with my fresh dill and basil, and a nice sandwich toasted in olive oil and drizzled with balsamic.
All with a glass of cold water. How thankful I am for that, and for my resilient little garden doing so well even indoors, safe from the frost.
