there are three choices of creamer:
- milk or milk-like
- powdered glass and sugar
- powdered vegetable oil and sugar

for some reason i don't consider milk or half-and-half or cream to be "creamer," just "cream." like the "er" means it's the fake stuff

tbf people do take silica supplements. like me
unless you’re nebulizing your coffee directly into your lungs in that case maybe that’s not such a good idea
