i'm realizing jstpst is a community i have been with for over ten years now, presumably originating from SRS

10 years ago was back when Redditors were primarily those silicon valley / east coast computer science / techno libertarian kinds of men, but a few adjacent groups. one of which made "shitredditsays"

i joined jstpst when it was thefempire, using reddit's software, with an IRC to boot. now, we're on postmill and discord.

but i know how queer communities moved through time. Queer BBS communities gave way to Usenet, IRC, phpBB, social media, discord, etc. Communities were ship-of-theseus'd over time.

i can't help but wonder, what came before just_post and shitredditsays? and i wonder if any sites in the future will still be good like postmill and jstpst is
