That sucks :(. Are you renting? If you are make sure you know what your legal responsibilities are, specifically it might be your responsibility to report the infestation to your property manager as soon as possible. This will depend largely on your state and the content of your lease agreement.
I wish we had actual ways to cohabitate with mice and the like ;_;. Or at least like no-kill traps but on a nest-wide scale.

I've told my landlord as soon as I noticed. Apparently the other tenants (who have been here longer) were aware but didn't care and weren't aware of the dangers of mice....
I wish I could do a no-kill solution, but I don't have a car, so taking the mice the 10 or so miles away isn't an option. I'm trying to use the most humane killing options available. The snap traps have stopped working, I might end up getting a zap trap. I won't use glue traps though - they're inhumane and don't even rhyme.
