Biden to run on national rent control and housing supply programme. (I bet it's going to have parking reform too - good riddance.) Next step is land value tax and using it to fund UBI. Then the end of America. This is a three step reform program everyone ought to be buying to be reasonable. Let's bully biden hard enough and it will happen.
