I've been eating more cabbage lately (mainly in stir fries) and it's a great vegetable! Here are some of it's good points:
- Easy to cook
- Rich in fiber, vitamin C, and some antioxidants if those actually do anything
- Cheap as hell
- Lasts foreeeeever in the fridge
- Green. Or purple!
