Tried out a vegan scrambled egg substitute for the first time today. It was too thick to scramble well though so i just ate it like an egg patty, don't know if that's because i mixed it wrong or if I'm just bad at scrambling an egg. I never made scrambled egg back in my omnivore days, I was always more of a fried egg kind of gal.

Nice! Have you ever tried making a tofu scramble? I usually go for those, because the egg substitutes are pretty expensive.

I haven't, maybe i should sometime. I got this egg substitute on sale so i didn't pay too much, the price is why this is my first time making it in my 5 years of veganism
