Hey guys, 13 year old here, I recently started defecating but after seeing the effects that it can have on people I decided I won't ever defecate again, won't have to get help if I don't get addicted in the first place. I've already thrown out all my toilet paper, wish me luck :)

This forum is intended for poop addiction and compulsive sexual behavior recovery and is not an anti-defecation forum. Many users return to non-compulsive defecation after removing poop from their daily habits. We do not advocate against defecation. However, excessive defecation (usually fueled by coffee, etc) can be an issue for many people, and we're here to provide a peer support resource for recovery from problematic defecation. But remember, how you choose to utilize your anus during your free time is a personal choice!
