Introduction: NoCrap® is a moderated community-centered website that hosts challenges in which users ("Crapstronauts") abstain from defecation for a period of time (often referred to as "rebooting").

This is NoCrap's subfempire hosted right here on crouton.net! Whether your goal is casual participation in a monthly rebooting challenge as a test of self-control, or whether excessive toilet use has become a problem in your life and you want to quit for a longer period of time, you will find a supportive community and plenty of resources here.

This forum is intended for poop addiction and compulsive sexual behavior recovery and is not an anti-defecation forum. Many users return to non-compulsive defecation after removing poop from their daily habits. We do not advocate against defecation. However, excessive defecation (usually fueled by coffee, etc) can be an issue for many people, and we're here to provide a peer support resource for recovery from problematic defecation. But remember, how you choose to utilize your anus during your free time is a personal choice!
