The inside of my head is a very interesting thing.
I can touch the start of my tongue to the end of my tongue.
That's not a joke-- your tongue starts deep inside a special pocket in your throat.
I can also pick my nose from the inside, using that tongue.
In a pinch, I can breathe through my ears.
And, I believe, I might also be able to do that through my eyes.
The reason your nose runs when you cry is because your tear ducts connect to your nose, which connects to your throat, which also connects to your ears. There is a special duct from your ears to your throat.
I drank a delicious "szechuan soup" from my new locale, a vaguely-korean-hot-pot place.
I forget why, but I cough/laugh/???'d up a spicy spurt from that soup. It went through my eye, and squirted onto the table, much to the dismay of my housemate and partner.
So, a review.
The spice in this was not the spice I expected with something labelled "mala". It was weak on the spice, and very weak on the szechuan peppercorn.
I believe the peppercorn was there, just a little bit, but from my tongue, I am not certain.
From my eyes? I am appreciative for how little spice was included. While my tongue loves the dance of spicy spicy foods, the rest of my digestive tract does not.
But my eyes?
... They're surprisingly chill about the matter. The mild spice lead to pain only slightly more than the pain I enjoy in my mouth. It abated quickly.
I sometimes wonder if my strange biology is due to me being a premature baby, and maybe that is also why I am trans. If I am a Little Bit Intersex, it would explain my awesome hips (and the whole trans thing).
im flip flopping back and forth on taking estrogen or not
