thx for the list, I've played a lot of these already and boy howdy I got some Opinions

for some reason im thinkin i want to play oblivion but that does not have a Good Character Creator at all

ya there arent actually that many visual character creators out there

oblivion has a bad character creator but that game can still be fun. if you havent played morrowind i'm not going to tell you its amazing but it's a good game if you enjoyed oblivion/skyrim and want to see the same core ideas with worse/less intuitive/worse mechanics and probably a more interesting story

I reinstalled skyrim and a bunch of character creation mods and spent a couple of hours making a character, played the tutorial, then lost interest :p
