Are there enough notable shooter characters for this? Also like Quake Champions is kind of this but it's only w Bethesda characters

I mean I guess a lot of the examples I'd think of are maybe more 90s and 00s than current but also I mean are all the smash bros characters notable or current? Ice climbers, mr game and watch, ROB, are obscure full stop and no one other than nintendo nerds knows who pit, ness or shulk are.
