E.g. There are a lot of fake wins (like "Starbucks stock just fell!" "McDonalds stock just fell!"), but there are some real wins.
Recently, Brown University agreed to hold a vote re: divestment, which is a small win and one step forward, a US State Department has found the IDF committed human rights abuses in Gaza (limited finding, only a few individuals, pre- Gaza War, and no sanctions have taken place), and the US halted a shipment of bombs to Israel, just as they paused a shipment of rifles back in 2023.
(edit) I also want to include grassroots movements, like eSims for Gaza. I'd include that on the list.
These are not huge wins, and Israel is still committing genocide. I'm intending more to compile evidence that US residents can effectively protest our government to stop supporting Israel, even if the change is frustratingly slow.
Does anyone here know of any source that compiles such "wins"? Including those predating October 7th.
