These spam bots don't care what the site is about. They know the site is indexable by google so they put talk about their thing on it so google thinks there's buzz.

It's probably not custom for this site, is my guess. Either a bot that someone made a postmill plugin for because postmill exists, or more likely, someone in a click farm somewhere manually made an account and has to make x number of posts a day. I'm just guessing.
