I think that the credulity of people is the real problem. But if there was fake porn of practically everyone people would probably just brush it off as nothing shameful and some amount of people would be living out masturbatory fantasies about their crushes and shit. It's direction where photography and film have been moving towards the whole of their existence, I'm sure the society can cope fine with it.
