is it a burrito containing soup or a soup made out of burrito ingredients?

i'm imagining a sealed tortilla containing hot soup like a dangerous edible water balloon

someone on leftdisc said "they call it tortilla soup but the ingredients are more like a burrito so they should call it burrito soup" then someone said soup burrito and now we're saying soup burrito a lot
