straight up, i was wondering a while ago about what specific kind of internet sphere just-post occupies, and i cant say its really a traditional " forum " because to me to be a true member of the forum clade it needs to have " bumps " and " necro posts ".
if i comment on a 2 year old thread here the only person whos going to see it is the op, if theyre still active. it dosent get boosted back to the top for every one to be reminded about

Tbf on you the Active sorting wasn't available in the old version of Postmill that jstpst was stuck with for years. It only became available after the migration off of Heroku and the subsequent Postmill upgrade
