One's writing is usually more clear when you don't use pronouns.

One's writing is made more clear when one does not use pronouns.

FUCK

i mean

hey google is "one" a pronoun or a proper noun?

dude. one is a number

ugh. okay wikipedika let's go. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indefinite_pronoun

woah. if transphobes were funnier they would use indefinite universal pronouns. "my pronouns are everyone/everyones". hmm let me put that in my reminders. i might want to use those pronouns for real

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One_(pronoun) okay yeah

well. i'm offering advice. maybe i should just use the imperative

Don't use pronouns

i sound like. a republican

To make your writing more clear, use less pronouns

When I was a kid playing Oregon Trail I always named my characters things like "someone", " nobody", "everybody", etc. So that when you're fording a river or what have you, it would say things like "Everybody drowned fording the river. Nobody was injured."

i said "this" though. aaack. not dedicated enough apparently

re: "i don't use pronouns i'm not woke" — i've had similar trains of thought too over the years, though because i'm not a very deep thinker in general it usually just stops with "yeah i agree with the right-wingers: just call everyone with their proper names it's less confusing that way :)" → "don't benathan sound silly when benathan actually speaks without pronouns?". you know as if that's the actual substance of their argument.
