This is the recipe I normally use that makes a really good cookie
180g flour
6g baking soda
6g coarse salt
6g vanilla extract
65g granulated sugar
65g brown sugar
113g butter
90g mixed chocolate (both milk and dark)
45g chopped walnuts (optional)
1 egg
mix all the dry ingredients together without the chocolate or nuts add in all the wet ingredients and mix until homogeneous slowly add the chocolate and or nuts until thoroughly mixed
bake at 190 degrees for 12 to 20 minutes depending on your oven
However this time I tried browning the butter and it was honestly pretty good but not as good as other browned butter cookies and I guess it makes sense because compared to other cookies it's not as buttery. Still really good but I am not sure if just browning the butter is worth it unless I mess about with the recipe more.
