so i haven't completely stopped having dairy because avoiding byproducts and cake frosting is too hard for me, but i've seen an improvement ie lessening of cystic acne on my cheeks. what's been plaguing me now is breakouts on my chin. i'm starting to think it's related to coffee which sucks, because i don't want to drop coffee too. i wish i could care less but the blemishes are pissing me off more so than if it were on my forehead :| recently i've been drinking less green tea because the work tea has changed to being pu'erh more often and i personally cannot drink sheng pu'erh every work day. what do i have to change now
