nice. can I type here to see if comments function like a regular forum where posts actually bump old posts to the top or if not and its more like reddit or what not

alright so it seems like doesn't have "post bumping" which is fine. I was just curious. thank you.

It literally does. When someone replies to a post it will be sent to the top and say " x new comment(s)" . Maybe its a setting you need to enable

On the front page you need to toggle "All" and "Active"
