Review of Yellow Bird Habanero Hot Sauce

Kind of mid, I think the heat is the right level for a standard run of the mill sauce. However I think the flavor just doesn't work. What you are greeted with at the begining is mostly the taste of carrots and tangerines and I just don't think that's an appealing combo. After that initial thing is done then you get the head from the habanero and it lasts a while but it's not really enhancing the flavor of the rest of the sauce with how late it comes in the experience.
