Oh dear my Apartment has become foreboding and I can hear hums emanating. I'm having a "The Tell Tale Heart" situation and I didn't even kill a guy.
I made it to the toilet room and turned on the light. But it's not salvation, it actually burns a lot.
The water washing over my hands feels like paper. The soap is graphite. I don't know what I drew on my palms with the soap.
I'm so tired but if I go now I shall surely join the denizens of the Nightmare Realm, and last time I was there, it was evident that my presence was a problem for them. I usually go back to sleep because the people in my dreams need me but not this time.
Oh fuck. Jesus. There's my bed. There's someone in there you know. You can just tell.
I won't sleep, but I will at least lay down for just a second because I am so fatigued,

when I used to take Benadryl to fall asleep, sometimes Id suddenly wake up in a delirious panic, fall back to sleep, feel like I was suffocating, and then wake back up in a delirious panic.
over and over and over
one time I took cbd oil with benadryl and woke up the next day barely able to walk. had to lean against the wall to walk to the bathroom. worst experience of my life keep that shit away
