I had originally gone to get a hep B shot, since I don't recall ever getting one, but the nurse administering the shots advised I get titers first.
I got them right away (since I just happened to have a general checkup scheduled a few days after) and my hep B titers were indeed low, marked as not immune.
But CVS couldn't schedule me to get new shots, having had recorded one when I didn't. Much back and forth, eventually resolved when the possibly-slightly-anti-vax nurse who gave me my shots the past two weeks was able to say "They didn't get the shot". Much much back and forth finally resolved.
I hate needles oh so very much, this all sucks, but I bet I'd hate hep B even more.
Very happy that all the things I learned about HIPAA and IIS didn't turn out to be necessary.
