Today marks the fourth or fifth time this year something at my job has caused me to consider suicide. I think it might be time to move on and take a break to take care of my health if I can.

I'm so sorry :S if it's feasible, I think taking a break would be a good idea. It doesn't sound like it's a healthy place for you to be.
