i saw a headline about kamala harris describing the decision not to pick pete buttigieg as vp this morning and i was like "they're going to do it again, huh?"
Hypothetically, I wouldn't mind Harris if she were in a primary. I'm not a "Vote Blue No Matter Who" person, but I wanted Harris to win in 2024 and could see myself actually voting for her in 2028.
But then I remembered what dems did in 2016, and how they failed to prosecute Trump after 2021, and how Biden stayed in the race in 2024.
That said, I would enthusiastically vote for Joe Biden in 2032 just because that would be funny. He'd be 90. I want to see what that looks like. Or maybe I need to sit down and cry with someone? I don't know for sure.
