had this experience when i was in uni - i started deliberately self censoring because i was afraid of getting suspected of using AI. once a course instructor sent out a coursewide email about AI use after marking my work and writing in the comments that my wording was "peculiar" and "robotic". like yeah asshole i'm trying to sound like a biomedical scientist in my biomedical science degree
