potential issue with using Libet's experiments to determine anything about free will: people are more willful when presented with actual options instead of deciding when to randomly twitch one finger while sitting still.

i will be using my free will to make Sam Harris trip and fall psychokinetically.

hate the atlantic and the comparison of the brain to the stock market.

probably a good thing that the press doesn't engage with this stuff realistically at all and just wants to beat people down with existential malaise🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃
